The lot was rough, honestly. There were potholes all over the place, the parking lines were super faded, and everything just felt messy and neglected. Like, make it make sense, how are you supposed to park properly when you can barely see the lines?

The parking itself was fine, no real issues there. But the staff at check-in were just rude, rude enough that it really stood out. No hello, super short answers, and they acted like I was bothering them just by being there. After a long trip, that kind of attitude is annoying, really annoying. I wouldn’t use this place again.

Our driver was so nice. We were still getting our bags together, and he waited without making us feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. He even helped load everything, and after a long flight, that kind of thing just makes a huge difference, you know? Pickup was easy too. I’d definitely use them again.

The price I saw at the start wasn’t the same as what showed up once I got to checkout, after some extra fees got added on. I was already standing there with my keys in one hand and coffee in the other, so I just paid it, but it was annoying. I just wish the full price was shown earlier before entering card info. Not a terrible experience, but I don’t love getting surprised right at the end...

I canceled my booking the refund just took forever, like, I kept thinking it would show up any day, but no. I had to keep emailing them, and the replies were slow and not really helpful, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

It took a few minutes to get the keys back, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it ended up being a good experience.

I had a really hard time trying to change my reservation, whoever runs this needs to make the process way easier. It was frustrating enough that I don’t see myself booking again...

The directions were confusing. The signs weren’t easy to spot, and then the directions didn’t really match what the lot actually looked like. I kept looping around, getting more annoyed each time, and I was already running late, so that didn’t help. Eventually I found it, but it definitely wasn’t as straightforward as it should’ve been.

Parking was easy overall. I think I only waited around 8 minutes for the shuttle on the way out, and maybe a little longer coming back. not bad at all.
